Hi, my name is Mauro and I am a coffee lover!

My passion for coffee bloomed in 2015 when I moved to London and I started my first experience in a restaurant as a bar back. Believe me or not, after a life spent in an office buried in paperwork!

Coffee is like life, unpredictable. And this passion will never fade away.

My special relation with coffee starts when I was 10, climbing those mountains of Jute bags full of green coffee ready to be blended and roasted for delicious espressos. After the secondary school I have started a full-time job for our family business, and after 20 years, yes, I am still here, part of this exciting new project. I’m the owner of Caffè Cannizzaro

Ivica Cvetanovski, known as “Itchy” among friends, is a natural scientist and engineer with international work experience. He started scrutinizing coffee during his work at UNEP/GRID. The wide spectrum of knowledge and experience touches many areas and levels in the world of coffee and dates back to the beginning mid of 2000. Founder of Coffea Circulor, an international team of coffee professionals, who seek to inspire and set new standards based on innovation, righteousness and environmental care. The motivation is a planet that understands, values and protects coffee

FILTER ROAST

All the products available on our online shop are roasted for filter. The goal is to produce a cleaner picture of a coffee’s unique taste, that can be objectively identified, e.g. Hazelnut or Apricot, creating then a sweeter cup.

They are suited to a slow extraction using a Cafetiere, V60 dripper, Chemex, Aeropress, Clever dripper and other filter methods with complex and fruity flavours being prominent.

ESPRESSO ROAST

Roasted slightly hotter and for a longer period of time, great for people are looking for more body and less acidity in their coffee.
